Browsing and hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, the hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, network traffic and request information to deliver and protect the website. Further information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Preparing an enquiry
The contact form lets you enter your name, business email, company, destination market, product reference, quantity and requirements. Preparing a message happens in your browser. The form does not submit these entries to a website server or save them in website storage. Entries remain in the page until you leave or reload it; your browser may separately remember information through its own features.
Choosing Copy places the prepared text on your device clipboard. Choosing Download saves a text file on your device. Keep these copies secure and delete them when you no longer need them.
Sending email
Choosing Open email app passes the prepared recipient, subject and message to your selected email application. Review the content and choose Send there. If no email application is available, copy the text and email it directly to us. The website itself does not send the message or confirm its delivery.
If you email us, we receive the information in your message, including contact details and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to review your requirements, respond to your enquiry and manage related business correspondence. Our email service and your email provider process the message as part of delivery and storage. Do not include payment credentials, identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Cookies and other services
The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and the enquiry form does not use cookies or local storage to retain your entries. Hosting and security services may process technical information separately. External source links and your email application operate under their own policies.
Keeping and managing information
Locally prepared form entries are not retained by the website after the page is left or reloaded. Email correspondence is separate from the website form and may remain in the email services used for the conversation. Contact us if you want to ask about information you have sent or request its correction or deletion. We will consider the request in light of the correspondence involved and applicable obligations; this notice does not promise a fixed retention period for all records.
Hosting and email services may process information in different countries. Provider policies describe their own processing arrangements. If the website’s features or information practices change, this notice will be updated.
